Tivity Health is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to expand and support our growing Commercial Health Plan Payer business. This senior-level role focuses on selling Tivity’s integrated wellness solutions, including our digital wellness platform and nationwide gym network, to large health plans. The ideal candidate is a strategic, consultative sales professional with deep expertise in health plan markets and a proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
Drive direct sales efforts, building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities within the health plan payer space.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate high-value relationships with decision-makers, including C-suite executives, group market leaders, wellness leads, population health teams, etc.
Effectively communicate Tivity Health’s unique value proposition, emphasizing ROI and VOI and engagement benefits tailored to each client.
