Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using EmployDiversity. EmployDiversity reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.


Services Provided

EmployDiversity provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together. Job Seekers and Employers can register, create profiles/job posts and search for jobs and resumes.


Privacy Policy

Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers visiting EmployDiversity.com. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional.

Personal data provided by the user may be used by EmployDiversity to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the EmployDiversity website. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at anytime.

EmployDiversity will not disclose user personal data to any third party.


Website Use

EmployDiversity may not be used for any of the following purposes:

  1. To contact EmployDiversity users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
  2. To contact EmployDiversity users to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
  3. To post any illegal content.

The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.

It is prohibited to use any text or images from EmployDiversity.com for personal or commercial use.
 

User Information

EmployDiversity does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles.

EmployDiversity reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.

Refund Policy

Once a job posting product has been purchased by Employer, there is no refund in whole or part for the amount paid, unless we receive an official legal notice from your financial institution that the user of the payment vehicle engaged in fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to request specific proof of the fraud and/or copies of the legal enforcement procedures toward the user of the payment vehicle.

Employer’s job listing will remain live for the duration of time from the date of posting as specified in the product purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Employer can cancel or terminate the job post at any time prior to the expiration of the duration period.  However, cancelling earlier is the Employer’s choice to discontinue without refund in whole or in part for that period.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Employer's order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.


Liability

EmployDiversity will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.
