Detailed Work Schedule	This position offers flexible hours to accommodate the student’s academic schedule. The student is expected to work onsite two to three days per week, primarily between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for event-related responsibilities. The student will coordinate with their manager to establish a schedule that meets both departmental needs and the student’s availability.

Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:	Office work of any kind including scheduling appointments, internet research, phone coverage, scanning, reception, mailings, filing, data entry, etc.
Requirements:	Good interpersonal skills required. Position requires interaction with students & employees. Ability to deal discreetly with sensitive information.
Additional Information:	Help manage the subscription renewal process, including direct communication with subscribers and database entry Draft press releases and web content Create a training handbook for student employees Assist with general office tasks such as mailing, filing, and administrative support Video editing skills are a plus
