Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Success Specialists in delivering a responsive and positive experience to external customers.
  • Assist with routine customer requests, research, documentation, and follow-up, escalating questions as appropriate.
  • Support customer retention activities through timely communication and account coordination.
  • Maintain accurate customer, account, and contract information within applicable systems and coordinate updates with internal partners.
  • Assist with documenting contract modification requests, including item additions, deletions, and term changes.
  • Review customer contract information, expiration dates, usage data, renewal activity, and cancellation information to identify trends and items requiring follow-up.
  • Prepare preliminary account observations, reports, or summaries for review by a Customer Success Specialist.
  • Assist with customer onboarding activities and support coordination of additional Park Place service offerings.
  • Support preparation of routine customer reporting and account review materials.
  • Participate in customer or cross-functional meetings when appropriate and document assigned follow-up items.
  • Assist with communication among customers, Sales team members, Customer Success Specialists, Business Operations Specialists, and other internal partners.
  • Develop working knowledge of Park Place products, services, technology, customer portals, and customer support processes.
  • Demonstrate professional customer service, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Manage assigned responsibilities and competing priorities with guidance from the Customer Success team.
  • Assist with maintaining customer, account, and contract information in CRM and other applicable systems.
  • Complete other duties and internship projects as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Management, or a related field.
  • Interest in developing a career in customer success, customer service, sales support, or business operations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify questions, and seek guidance when needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and internal business partners.
  • Professional approach to handling customer and business information.
