Job Summary: To maintain floors using techniques and equipment, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing. To perform a variety of cleaning, janitorial and related duties as required to maintain a hospital building and all assigned areas within the hospital in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition. To move light furniture, equipment and supplies in all work areas as needed, which includes patient rooms, nursing stations, corridors, lounges, bathrooms, nourishment rooms, utility rooms, and offices.
