Job Summary :     To perform diversified duties in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Hybrid OR, assisting the cardiologist intra-procedurally including preparation and positioning of patients, operation of x-ray equipment in radiological and fluoroscopic procedures, scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and recording hemodynamic parameters according to policy. Must successfully complete corporate and department specific skill validations and maintain core competencies. Core Competencies:   The CVT will be competent to monitor and scrub diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, intermediate and complex interventional cardiac procedures, STEMI, diagnostic and interventional arteriograms. Training: Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from a recognized college or university.  Must have an NC license or a NC provisional license.  The provisional license will be accepted until the state boards are taken, and the results are known.  No prior work experience required.  Knowledge of occupational therapy terminology, procedures and techniques.  Considerable skill in performing occupational therapy procedures.  Thorough ability to deal tactfully with patients, physicians and hospital personnel.  Judgment is required in working with patients and performing treatments.   Job Summary : Provides cardiac and pulmonary rehab services including patient assessment, treatment plan development, exercise instruction, patient education, and outcome measures per professional standards and regulatory guidelines. Performs cardiac monitoring, 12 lead EKGs, and performs standardized testing such as stress tests and 6-minute walk tests. Participates in development of clinical protocols and programming to ensure continuous quality improvement. Job Summary:  Lead, manage, and coordinate daily operations of department in collaboration with the Integrated Pain Manager and Director of Operations. Oversees training of clinic employees and participates in staff development.  In collaboration with department leadership, manages daily staffing and department assignments, schedules, and PTO requests. Co-manage complex patient needs in partnership with Manager and Director of Operations. Serves as backup in absence of Integrated Pain Manager. Serves in staffing. Assists with development of performance improvement activities for the department.  Proficient with electronic health records and Microsoft 365 Suite.

Job Summary: Provides access management to the patient population that utilizes the services of  CaroMont Imaging and CaroMont Endoscopy Center. This encompasses registration, pre-registration, medical compliance, managed care requirements, and functions as a liaison between patients, physician offices, and third party payors. Refers to Charity Care program as well as provides direct financial counseling and/or staff support to those patients with no or inadequate third party coverage.

Job Summary : Trauma Program Registrars of the CaroMont Health Trauma Registry are healthcare data professionals that utilize a computerized population-based trauma registry.  They are responsible for identifying trauma patients admitted to CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Main, abstracting charts, organizing, and entering data into the trauma registry database. They assist the trauma program leadership in the expansion of existing services, new program development through accurate and timely data entry.

Job Summary: To coordinate and provide sports medicine services in the community, schools and therapy clinics. Performs a wide variety of athletic training evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of athletes. Coordinates and works closely with school officials, including the Athletic Director and Coaches.  Additionally, he coordinates with CaroMont Health Sports Medicine Outreach Team, Director of Rehab Services and Service Line Director to provide Sports Medicine Services and program development and growth.

Job Summary :  Plan and perform a wide variety of maintenance and installation of all types of plumbing equipment. Perform other responsibilities as required and determined by manager. Assist on medical gas installation, and other mechanical related work as needed. Assist with scheduling utility shutdowns due to construction and or maintenance. Assist manager with code issues. Assist and work with other trades as necessary to meet workload and schedules. Keep assigned areas clean and neat in appearance. Responsible for affiliate maintenance as scheduled by Manager.
