High performers in this role have the opportunity to earn $80,000+ annually through base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based earnings.

About the Opportunity

In this customer-facing role, you'll engage with customers in the Glo Fiber store and by phone, helping them understand their options and choose services that fit their needs. You'll serve as a trusted guide, a problem solver, and a brand ambassador for Glo Fiber in the community.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and assist customers through face-to-face interactions in the Glo Fiber store
  • Provide sales and service support through our inbound customer call queue and make outbound warm calls to potential customers
  • Ask thoughtful questions, identify customer needs, and recommend Glo Fiber solutions
  • Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow your customer base
  • Use the sales techniques learned through paid training to meet and exceed goals
  • Process customer payments by credit card and cash

  • Working a 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. schedule with rotating Saturdays
  • Representing Glo Fiber as a trusted brand ambassador in the store and community
