Job Summary The Service Drop Designer creates drop paths for the drop bury crews to bury fiber as requested to service customers, by performing the following: Prepares a drop form with a designed route to the customers home using Google Earth, Redlines, customer input, and easement rights; Calls 811 to get utilities marked for the bury crews; Sends the 811-ticket number and the drop form to the drop bury coordinator to have all work performed; Tracks all locations and documents due dates for all work to be completed.
