Job Description

Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Member Platforms serves as the strategic and operational leader along with the Director, Information Management, for IEEE's suite of member-facing platforms—including IEEE Collabratec, IEEE Volunteering, and others as assigned. This role shares the business leadership and strategic roadmap, and owns the marketing, user engagement, governance, and administration for these platforms, helping to ensure they deliver high value to members, volunteers, and the broader IEEE community.

While technical development and engineering execution are housed in Information Management, the Senior Manager is accountable for defining platform needs, partnering on prioritization, and helping to ensure the roadmap aligns to member value, strategic objectives, and user experience insights.
This role reports to the Director, Member Products & Programs and manages two direct reports.
