The Supply Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing supply plans that support product availability, inventory optimization, and reliable order fulfillment across Standard Textile's portfolio. This role works closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Distribution to translate demand forecasts into actionable production, procurement, and replenishment plans.
Key Responsibilities: Supply Planning & Execution- Create and maintain short‑ and mid‑term supply plans aligned with forecasted demand.
- Translate demand plans into production, sourcing, and replenishment requirements.
- Monitor supply plans and identify risks related to capacity, materials, or lead times.
- Escalate potential supply constraints or shortages and support mitigation plans.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration- Partner with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Sales, and Finance to align plans and execution.
- Participate in regular supply planning meetings to review performance and resolve gaps.
- Support Sales and Customer Experience teams by providing supply insights related to customer commitments and service recovery.
- Collaborate with Finance to support inventory targets and working capital goals.
Inventory & Performance Management- Monitor planning KPIs such as service levels, inventory levels, plan adherence, and forecast variance impacts.
- Analyze supply and service issues to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
- Support safety stock, stocking strategy, and inventory optimization decisions under guidance from planning leadership.
Systems, Tools & Analytics- Use ERP and supply planning systems to develop and maintain accurate supply plans.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across planning inputs, outputs, and master data.
- Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) to track performance and communicate insights.
- Support planning system enhancements, data cleanup, and process standardization initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working- Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes and service performance.
- Apply scenario analysis and data‑based recommendations to support informed decision‑making.

Qualifications & Experience: Required- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, or a related role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply planning tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Preferred- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, textiles, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting multi‑plant or multi‑site supply chains.
- Exposure to S&OP, IBP, or formal planning processes.
