As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in driving productivity, quality, and safety within the production environment. You will work out of our Tempe, AZ location.

Responsibilities Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
- Oversee daily activities and priorities within the test facilities.
- Collaborate with assembly and quality teams.
- Work with engineering team to determine root cause rejections.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks.
- Lead and mentor production team members, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
- 2- 3 years in Production management or Engineering functions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production optimization techniques.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
