The
VP, Employer Services Analytics is a visionary leadership position responsible for architecting Equifax's data-driven strategy and transforming complex internal data into high-value client products. You will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, using expert data storytelling to influence business evolution and solve critical client pain points. This role requires a technical leader who can bridge the gap between rigorous data engineering and executive decision-making, while fostering a high-performance culture of "curiosity-driven" innovation across a multi-disciplinary team of analysts and scientists.
What You'll Do In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the architect of our data-driven future. You will go beyond executing analytics to shaping the roadmap for sales enablement, marketing, and product evolution
- Proven ability to package internal data assets into products and services that are value added to Employer clients
- Proactively influences business decision on product development by synthesizing industry trends, customer behaviors and internal analytics
- Act as an expert at presenting complex data narratives to clients, identifying white-space opportunity and solving critical business pain points
- Expert at developing executive-ready presentations and data dashboards that translate technical insights into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders
- Architects and oversees robust, scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support the full suite of Employer Services products
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring mid-level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity-driven" innovation
What experience you need - 10+ years of experience of managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers and data scientists
- Workforce and people analytics experience is preferred
- Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
- A Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred
- Work experience with regulated data is preferred
