  • Shape organizational design across EHS, CI, S&OP, and Engineering to improve efficiency and collaboration
  • Drive a culture of safety and performance, partnering closely with EHS and operations leaders
  • Lead change initiatives tied to continuous improvement, lean principles, and evolving business needs
  • Enhance compensation and retention strategies for manufacturing talent, improving engagement and reducing turnover

  • Strong experience supporting technical or operational functions (Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and operate as a true business partner
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing environments (labor planning, workforce challenges, shop-floor dynamics)
  • Experience leading change, transformation, or CI initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and compliance (OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Direct visibility and partnership with executive leadership
  • A company that values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • The chance to make a real impact from the shop floor to the leadership table
