Sr ISC Production Supervisor As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and oversee production operations for the assembly of
Propulsion Turbine Engines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing and supply processes. You will manage a team of production associates, coordinate daily activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production and supply chain goals while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our
Phoenix, AZ location on a
1st SHIFT On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of manufacturing and supply chain operations by effectively managing resources, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a culture of operational excellence within the Integrated Supply Chain business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards within the Integrated Supply Chain.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the production and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve production and logistics issues.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- Experience supervising production operations in a manufacturing or integrated supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of production and supply chain processes, safety standards, and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in using production and supply chain management software and tools to monitor and report performance.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, or supply chain optimization techniques is preferred.
WE VALUE- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume production or supply chain environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
