Provides appropriate bulk levels of selected inventory supplies on a scheduled basis to Medical Center cost centers.

Responsibilities:
- 1. Performs tasks related to the accurate and timely issuance of bulk inventory supplies in accordance with pre?determined delivery schedules in order to maintain adequate supply levels throughout the Medical Center.
- 1.1 Prepares and issues bulk supplies as selected, utilizing pre?printed bulk supply requisitions, documenting quantity issued, time order started and time order was completed as audited by supervisor.
- 2. Provides accurate and timely issuance of credit for materials returned to bulk inventory.
- 2.1 Audits and inspects material prior to forwarding credit requisition to data entry as observed by supervisor.
- 3. Performs various departmental related duties as assigned by Manager in order to contribute to the efficient operation of the department.
- 3.1 Verifies incoming materials, replenishes shelves in order to maintain accurate materials available for distribution, reports variances to Quality Assurance Clerk and Manager.
- 4. Follows established safety procedures in the performance of all duties in order to ensure a safe environment.
- 4.1 Operates material handling equipment to include propane fork truck and electric pallet truck in a safe manner as identified in initial orientation with no more than 2 non'serious violations within this evaluation period as observed by supervisor.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
Graduation from high school or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Six (6) to twelve (12) months experience replenishing stock.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Ability to operate a variety of material handling equipment. Must possess basic math skills. Knowledge of medical products desirable.
