NFI is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist who can turn strategy into standout visual storytelling. As a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll help shape how our brand shows up across digital and print platforms—elevating campaigns, customer-facing materials, web experiences, and more.

This position is an in-office role at our Camden, NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality designs across digital and print platforms, including presentations, infographics, datasheets, web graphics, advertisements, and more.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, define creative requirements, and deliver impactful, audience-driven design solutions that support business and marketing strategies.

  • Approach design projects with a consultative mindset, offering insights on audience engagement, message clarity, and industry-specific challenges, while proactively aligning creative work with marketing objectives.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and workflows, while ensuring design deliverables meet technical specifications and brand standards.

  • Leverage supply chain knowledge gained through experience to inform and enhance design choices, ensuring relevance to industry needs.

  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, maintaining alignment on expectations, milestones, and delivery timelines.

  • Ensure timely project delivery, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to meet evolving project requirements.

  • Stay current with design trends and advancements, continuously applying innovations to improve the quality and effectiveness of your work.

  • Refine complex information into concise, audience-friendly copy that supports cohesive and visually compelling designs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or a related field; or equivalent years of professional experience plus,

  • 5+ years of relevant graphic design experience in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), experience with Figma a plus

  • Link to a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media is required

  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and design principles

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with print vendors and managing production files

  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity

  • 10% travel

 

Quality(s) that would set you apart

  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar)

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design

  • Experience working in, or with clients in, the logistics industry

  • Projects designed with technical, complex, or B2B-focused content

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $60,044.40  - $80,059.20.  This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.  NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
