Position Overview::

The Product Manager owns one or more product lines and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive sales revenue growth worldwide. The Product Manager is also responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the product line(s) and serving as a liaison between sales and other functions (quality, operations, clinical, etc)

What you will do::
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing and selling strategies, and promotional programs
  • Develop product positioning, create marketing collateral, and demonstrate clinical/economic value proposition
  • Create effective digital and printed sales tools highlighting key product features and benefits
  • Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Educate customers on the technical, procedural, and/or clinical characteristics of assigned product lines
  • Train sales personnel on the technical, business, and clinical aspects of products and procedures
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain a first-hand understanding of the market, the customer, the direct sales team, and the distributors
  • Analyze and monitor sales data to illustrate product and market performance
  • Evaluate new business and product opportunities
  • Partner with regional marketing colleagues to ensure global messaging is consistent and regional opportunities are taken advantage of
  • Align business needs with demand planning
  • Conduct competitive market research and analyses
  • Grow product/brand awareness through social media
  • Advocate and participate in the company’s Quality system, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and product quality
  • Engage with physicians and grow advocacy of the products/company
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills for Success::
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Two to Four years of relevant marketing or sales experience in medical devices
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal, selling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management
  • 10-20% travel, occasionally over weekends, with the ability to travel internationally
