Quince Orchard Swim Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Swim Coach to work with our 13 & Under competitive swimmers. This position will help lead swim practices, provide instruction on technique and race skills, and create a positive environment that supports each swimmer’s development. The Assistant Coach will also attend swim meets, offer constructive feedback, and guide young athletes as they build confidence and progress within the sport. The ideal candidate is dependable, encouraging, and passionate about working with youth swimmers. Candidate would be assisting current Team coaches and will be responsible for attending scheduled practices & swim meets. Background check is required. USA Swimming coach certification is required.
