This position involves close collaboration with medical students, residents, and faculty members to ensure seamless program operations. Additionally, the Specialist will manage the VSLO application process, facilitate onboarding for accepted candidates, coordinate schedules, evaluations, and grades for medical student rotators, and engage in administrative tasks such as updating course catalogs, syllabi, and handbooks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in documentation management, onboarding processes, and scheduling for various educational experiences, contributing significantly to the success of our medical education mission.
