The M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing (FCN) at Villanova University invites applications from outstanding educators and scholars with a broad range of expertise especially candidates with experience in public health and climate change; care of vulnerable populations; education/simulation science; oncology; family care; adult health; psychiatric mental health; or care of those with emotional and physical disabilities are welcome to apply. The college is seeking to fill multiple faculty lines at the rank of Assistant Professor. These are full-time 9-month faculty positions with an expected teaching load of a minimum of 6 credit hours for the first academic year.

• Research-focused Doctorate in Nursing or closely related field.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Strong record of external funding (for full professor).

• Teaching experience.

• Teaching philosophy commensurate with Villanova University’s mission and values.

• Previous teaching experience in an academic nursing program.

FCN is hiring for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor.
