Position Overview The Junior Mechanic supports the build and assembly of vehicle platforms and sub-systems for MSI's customers. This role is focused on executing standardized assembly tasks in a production environment and is distinct from a Vehicle Assembly Mechanic role-there is minimal troubleshooting or repair work involved. This position works closely with experienced mechanics, engineers, and supervisors to assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production schedules. The Junior Mechanic reports to the Shop Floor Supervisor and is a full-time, on-site position in Mooresville, NC.
