Coop Job DescriptionThe student will participate in the following activities:
- Contribute to the development of analytical solutions that address key business questions related to Risk Adjustment accuracy within Government Markets.
- Support the analysis of Risk Adjustment trends and assess program performance for Medicare Advantage and ACA populations.
- Engage in a broad range of analytical activities, including data preparation, code development, data visualization, and communication of strategic insights.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to identify business needs, define analytical and technical requirements, and translate data into actionable insights that inform decisionmaking.
- Conduct goaloriented analyses with a high level of independence and flexibility in determining analytical approaches.
Required Skills- Experience with statistical or programming software (e.g., SAS, Python, R, or SQL)
- Experience with data visualization software preferred (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- A creative, thoughtful mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
