Position SummaryTech II responsible for safe, high‑quality field work in field services—executing work orders, maintaining assets, and delivering responsive customer service.
Key Responsibilities - Complete service orders (turn‑on/off, rereads, meter tests) within SLAs; document results.
- Investigate high/low usage, no‑reads, and tamper alarms; escalate anomalies.
- Perform utility locates/mark‑outs and customer appointments professionally.
- Use mobile apps/handhelds for work orders and inventory; maintain vehicle and tools.
- Support emergency response and after‑hours rotations as assigned.
- Work independently on routine tasks; request guidance on complex issues.
- Provide courteous customer and stakeholder communications at job sites.
Qualifications - 2-4 years relevant field experience in Field Services operations within water/wastewater/public works.
- Strong safety mindset (confined space, trenching/MOT, PPE); clean driving record.
- CMMS/mobile work order proficiency and accurate documentation.
Education & Certifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework preferred.

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsField‑based role with frequent driving, outdoor work in varied weather, and exposure to traffic, confined spaces, biological/chemical hazards, energized equipment, and uneven terrain. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, kneel, and wear required PPE.
