Job Description
As an Electrical Foreman at RC Power, Inc. you will play a crucial role in leading and managing on-site electrical installations. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.
*Responsibilities:*
* *On-Site Project Management:*
* Lead and oversee on-site installations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards.
* Collaborate with clients to manage project schedules, site cleanliness, and safety for employees and other trades on-site.
* Take responsibility for material ordering, inventory management, and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process.
* Supervise and manage project subcontractors and rental equipment.
* *Communication and Documentation:*
* Effectively communicate Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, and project updates to the Project Manager and relevant team members.
* Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built drawings throughout the project.
* *Compliance and Safety:*
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
* Monitor employee punctuality and adherence to breaks and lunch times, following company policies and legal requirements.
* Manage crew timecards and track employee hours.
* *Quality Control and Productivity:*
* Lead the team to maintain productivity, uphold quality control standards, and address any issues to ensure successful project completion.
*Requirements:*
* 10+ years of experience in the commercial electrical field.
* Active California Electrician State Certification.
* Clean DMV record.
* Preferred experience in Data Center/Critical Environment projects.
