Responsibilities
As Pharmacy Manager, you will:
* Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy
* Supervise and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
* Deliver exceptional patient care through medication counseling and clinical services
* Administer immunizations and support preventative healthcare initiatives
* Oversee inventory management, purchasing, workflow optimization, and quality assurance
* Maintain compliance with Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and community partners
* Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy and clinical services
* Promote a culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
QualificationsRequired
* Active, unrestricted Washington State Pharmacist License
* PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commitment to exceptional patient care
* Ability to work independently while leading a collaborative team
Preferred
* Pharmacy management or supervisory experience
* Independent or community pharmacy experience
* Experience providing immunizations and clinical services
* Interest in developing new patient care programs
