Position: Clinician (MAT)
Location: Lake City, FL

What You’ll Do
- Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling for MAT patients
- Monitor progress, ensure quality care, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and safety
Compensation
- Unlicensed: $50,872.50 (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
- Licensed: $66K–$71K+ (based on experience)
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist) preferred
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or MAT settings
