*Lead Maintenance Technician*
* McCook, IL 60525
* $32.00 - $37.00 per hour (DOE)
* 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm

We're recruiting for an experienced *Lead Maintenance Technician* to join a growing manufacturing company in McCook, IL.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining stamping presses and production equipment while supporting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement across the facility.
*What You'll Do*
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on stamping presses and production machinery
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime
* Complete scheduled preventative maintenance inspections
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
* Work closely with Production to resolve equipment issues
* Support plant maintenance including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
* Follow all OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
*What We're Looking For*
* 5+ years' industrial maintenance experience
* Experience maintaining stamping presses or similar manufacturing equipment
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
* Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC-controlled equipment
* Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
