AWS/CES is hiring for a Facility Maintenance Technician

Location: Warren, MI

Shift: 3rd Shift

Pay: $33.00/hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES/AWS) is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician with a strong industrial maintenance background.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.

Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic repairs.

Read blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.

Replace electrical and electronic components.

Complete preventive maintenance.

Perform machine rebuilds and equipment modifications.

Maintain repair documentation.

Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Journeyman's Card or equivalent experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to pass Maintenance Technician aptitude testing.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated equipment.

Ability to read electrical schematics.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
