Customer Service Representative

*Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in La Porte, TX 77571.*

*Essential Functions:*

* Complete paperwork, perform heavy data entry, and scan documents accurately and efficiently.
* Handle billing and invoicing for customer orders, input data, and run reports.
* Manage bills of lading, receiving, and inventory control.
* Oversee inbound and outbound shipping operations.
* Assist in other areas as needed.

*Requirements:*

* Warehouse logistics experience is highly preferred.
* Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
* Highly organized with a strong customer service focus.
* Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
* Must pass a background check.
* Must pass a drug screen.

*Pay:*

$18.00 an hour. We pay weekly.

*Schedule:*

Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
