Part-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Lex Properties is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. We're searching for someone who enjoys hands-on repair work, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to tackle a variety of projects. If you're a "jack of all trades" with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule
- Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible daytime schedule
- No weekends unless an emergency arises
What You'll Do
- Complete general maintenance and repair work at residential properties
- Basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, etc.)
- Basic electrical work (light fixtures, switches, outlets)
- Drywall repair, painting, and touch-ups
- Minor carpentry repairs
- Change locks and hardware
- Assist with apartment turns and move-in preparation
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Keep properties clean and well-maintained
