KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide advanced technical expertise in designing, developing, and testing groundbreaking solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary R&D teams, cultivating a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that can enhance product development.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to generate intellectual property (IP) and contribute to patent applications.
  • Assess technologies for alignment with the future direction of products and projects.
  • Conduct in-depth technology assessments to aid in informed strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate the seamless transfer of technology from R&D to manufacturing or operational teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and project-related risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies.


Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to work in the Honeywell office for at least three days per week.
  • Experience in air and thermal control systems.

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $127,000. $158,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
