Key Responsibilities - Support and optimize advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement in production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or process optimization
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation and robotics
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control to identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
WE VALUE - Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive change
