ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership in manufacturing engineering
- Oversee and manage the manufacturing engineering activities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
WE VALUE- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
