Leader Production (3rd Shift 10:00 pm - 6:30 am)

Job Description

  • Ensure necessary manpower, equipment and components are available to meet customer demand.
  • Review prior shift pass down to prioritize actions needed to fulfil production requirements.
  • Coordinate daily staff meeting to discuss current production status, past issues and upcoming activities.
  • Compile KPI data for daily management review.
  • Monitor current running status and open issues throughout the day. 
  • Train and develop Supervisors and manage the Performance Review process and their career development.
  • Review and/or complete end of shift report and distribute to manager and appropriate personnel.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate Scrap review meetings with Supervisors and support functions.
  • Participate in staff selection and recruitment process.
  • Perform Daily Operator efficiency reviews and provide root cause of any issues.
  • Participate in LPA audits.
  • Audit and enforce 5S standards.

  • Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).
