KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
Responsibilities YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Entry-level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or related fields
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics, and knowledge of data analysis and process improvement tools
- Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools relevant to process monitoring and improvement
WE VALUE - Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies
- Hands on experience in mechanical troubleshooting
- Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action
