Playhouse Preschool Assistant
Montgomery School, an independent, co-educational day school serving preschool through grade eight in Chester Springs, PA, is seeking a caring, nurturing, and reliable part-time staff member to join our team!
As the preschool assistant, we are seeking a qualified applicant who will:
Interact with the students and help provide a loving, nurturing environment for both the children and parents
Assist with daily classroom activities
Assist with classroom behavior management
Build positive relationships with children and families
Other duties as assigned, which support the mission and high functioning of the school
Hours for the position are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 12:45 PM, September - June when school is in session.

The ability to interact and play with young children at their physical level
A team-oriented spirit and the ability to connect meaningfully with students throughout our diverse community
Classroom or other related experience in early childhood is preferred but not required
