For the 2026-2027 school year, from January to June, Montgomery School is seeking a creative, student-focused, and dynamic teacher to lead a first grade classroom and cover a full-time teacher's maternity leave.  Primary Responsibility  The first grade teacher delivers an outstanding elementary education program that is developmentally appropriate and engaging for students. Teachers partner with colleagues and support families to build classroom and program community and continuity.  Specific duties include but are not limited to:  Teach a first grade classroom cohort, employing multiple forms of assessment, student differentiation, and curriculum design. For the 2026-27 school year, Montgomery School is seeking a kindergarten half-day assistant teacher. Candidates for this position should be energetic, hardworking, and good at connecting with young students, faculty, and parents. The teacher should be creative in using age-appropriate techniques, have strong organizational skills, and model energetic engagement with young children.
