Location: Remote
Pay: $20/hour
Work Schedule: Dayshift, daytime hours (40hrs/week)
Length of Internship: Summer - with possibility of extending into Fall 2026
What You'll Do: - Support day-to-day marketing initiatives, including market research, value proposition development, sales support, and key project deliverables
- Analyze market and sales data to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities
- Assist in creating sales presentations, selling tools, and customer-focused solutions in partnership with the Sales team
- Develop video and digital content that showcases Lakeside Book Company as a leader in the book supply chain
- Participate in learning opportunities across the organization to gain an understanding of book manufacturing and publishing services
- Attend customer calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits when available
- Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to the Product Marketing team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Who You Are: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field
- Interested in B2B marketing, sales, branding, communications, and/or manufacturing industries
- Previous coursework, internship, customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Analytical, curious, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
