• Competitive salary between $52,000 to $65,000 annually dependent upon relative experience;

The Role

As a Service Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations and support a team of pest control technicians by:

• Coaching, training, and mentoring technicians
• Assisting with scheduling, routing, and quality control
• Supporting technicians in the field and filling in on routes when needed
• Supporting hiring, training, and team development
• Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
• Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
• Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
• Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
• Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections
• Serving as a trusted part of the management team
