Job Description

*Psychologist ($5,000 Sign On Bonus!)*

At Bridgeway Integrated Healthcare Services, the work we do matters, and so do the people doing it.

From Brigham City to St. George, we walk alongside children and families who are navigating some really hard moments. We don't just clock in and out of purpose; we show up with heart, grit, and a deep belief that every family can grow stronger. For many families, the search for answers can feel overwhelming.

They've spent months, or even years, wondering why their child is struggling. They've been given conflicting opinions, confusing information, and more questions than solutions. They don't just need a diagnosis. They need understanding. They need clarity. They need hope.

That's where you come in.

Psychologists at Bridgeway do more than complete evaluations. They help families understand the full picture of who their child is, what challenges may be impacting them, and what steps can help them move forward with confidence. This role is for a Psychologist who understands that an evaluation is not the end of the journey, it is often the beginning.

This is a role rooted in clinical excellence, investigative thinking, compassionate communication, and meaningful human connection. The Psychologist conducts comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and psychological testing within their scope of practice, while working as part of an integrated team committed to strengthening families through high-quality care. This role is challenging, demanding, and deeply impactful. It is for professionals who want more than a report on a desk.
