Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Job Function/Purpose: The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to ensure the office's efficient operation. This role supports managers and employees through various organizational, communication, and project management tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Assist guests, clients, and customers.
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, filing, mailing, and faxing.
  • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms.
  • Coordinate catering for events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
  • Provide support for special projects and events, including coordination and logistics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform advanced office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.
  • Train and supervise junior administrative staff as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
