Job Summary Responsible for supporting the commercial sales team with various operational responsibilities to include post-sale order management, customer billing, USAC billing, and quality assurance. The position will require working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and external stakeholders. The role combines project coordination, and billing system management.
Job Responsibilities - Manage post-sale order activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and billing initiation
- Work with customers and external organizations to resolve order and billing challenges
- Coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service)
- Works with governmental institutions (USAC)
Qualifications - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of customer service, operations, or related experience
- Telecommunications experience preferred
- Experience with billing systems or CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience managing projects and cross-functional coordination
Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and business support systems
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
