Monday through Friday. 9:30 am – 6:00 pm Job Summary The Department of Radiology seeks a Patient Services Coordinator to coordinate and schedule imaging appointments for current and new UKHC patients.

Duties include coordination of multiple appointments, ensuring all required information is received to correctly schedule and bill imaging studies, provide comprehensive prep information and directions accurately, ask all appropriate pre-screening questions and coordinate pre-appointment care, as needed.
This position requires experience in a high-volume call center environment as well as experience in an electronic scheduling system.
This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be able to commute to the University of Kentucky as needed.
