Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute a comprehensive and forward-thinking quality control engineering strategy, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Drive the evolution of quality control processes, ensuring they meet and exceed rigorous engineering standards.
- Lead and mentor a high-caliber team of quality control engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Establish and uphold the highest standards of performance, professionalism, and collaboration within the quality control engineering team.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, leveraging your engineering expertise to proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex quality issues.
- Lead the implementation of corrective actions with a strategic and innovative mindset.
- Develop, establish, and maintain advanced quality control metrics and performance indicators, utilizing sophisticated analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Integrate predictive analytics to anticipate and mitigate potential quality challenges.
- Champion and drive transformative continuous improvement initiatives, pushing the boundaries of quality control systems and processes.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, integrating cutting-edge engineering practices into quality control operations.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with stringent regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - 8+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Proven success in executive-level leadership and management.
