Sr ISC Operations Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and leading our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.

You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Operations Director, and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA location on a On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing processes and making strategic decisions, you enhance efficiency, cut costs, and align strategies with business goals. Your focus on risk mitigation and technology integration ensures a resilient and competitive edge. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 25+ production Operators, Managers, supervisors, and directly manage output
  • Oversee and integrate procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  • Forecast demand, analyze production trends, develop and implement correct actions, improvements, and make data-driven recommendations for planning.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold established quality standards.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in managing teams of 20+ including managers/supervisors in the production of complex electronics
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills experience and with providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Worked with SAP and familiar with pulling data from these systems and utilizing.
  • Being a self starter, proposing ideas and collaborating to drive the business forward.
  • Experience in the RF microwave electronics manufacturing industry, chip and wire, SMT, CCA.
  • Experience with the Defense Industry

US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position is $155,000-180,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
