ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager of Business Performance will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a team environment that generates accurate, impactful reports
  • Enhance the relationship between programs and the business performance group
  • Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends that impact the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, cost optimization, and increased efficiency
  • Work closely with department heads and team leaders to establish performance targets, benchmarks, and action plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business intelligence and performance management
  • Drive initiatives to enhance data quality, data governance, and data visualization capabilities within the organization
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, optimize data collection processes, and streamline reporting mechanisms


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field required
Skills and Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in business performance management
  • Proficiency in BIA Advance and manager Stack
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management and organizational abilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications industry
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning


Where you will work

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $113600 - $156200 Annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
