Overview
The Audio-Visual (AV) Systems Engineer serves as the ultimate technical authority and principal architect for all video teleconferencing (VTC), digital signage, multi-media conference spaces, and hybrid collaboration environments across the USPTO enterprise. Under the End User Support Operations Support (EUSOS) contract, this role owns the technical roadmap, architectural baselines, and engineering integrity of communication hubs supporting over 15,000 distributed federal workers and executives.
