Position Summary Information
| Job Description Summary: | The CLAS IT Resource Technician’s scope of responsibilities range from but are not limited to training, equipment setup and basic troubleshooting as assigned by the Department of CLAS IT. |

| Requirements: | - Excellent skills in communication, customer service, and time management. - Individual training sessions. - Website maintenance. - Quality control of CLAS computer labs. - Assisting with hardware assemblies. - Inventory tracking. - Moving and delivery of equipment. - Other special projects as assigned. |
| Additional Information: | No technical experience is required. Student workers will receive training from CLAS IT staff. |
| Physical Demands Summary: | - Must be able to travel with a laptop. - Must be able to lift 20lbs. |
| Wage Rate: | 11.25/HR |
