Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II - Engines & Power Systems (E&PS)

Job Description

In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI) for the Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) sub business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.


Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, engineering or process optimization roles
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation, robotics, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control to identify and implement process improvements
  • Experience with manufacturing software tools and technologies such as CAD, CAM, or MES systems

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred)

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
