ABOUT THE ROLE

Project Managers are responsible for managing medium-large complex projects, with budgetary tracking during the implementation process. Project Managers lead and direct multi-functional teams to effectively manage projects to completion on-time and within budget. Project Managers serve as the point of contact for customers and resolve issues independently. Project Managers provide guidance to and oversee Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Develop project plans for medium-large, and complex projects with budgets, including identifying relevant internal teams necessary to provide service, analyzing the project area and specifications to develop timeframes for all aspects of the project, and developing a budget that will adequately and accurately support each project.
  • Modify project plans as needed, depending on internal and external variables, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the completion of all projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all activities, including contracting, RF design, product/equipment ordering, permitting, regulatory, construction, optimization, site acquisition, close-out, and hand-off to operations are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the underlying contract / LSO.
  • Ensure that the overall budget of projects will support each project and manage potential risks to projects that could cause budget overruns.
  • Manage and direct multi-functional project contributors, both internal and external, to drive to on time and within budget completion of each project.
  • Lead internal and external deployment meetings with other managers and team members to review the status of each job and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and provide customers with comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Serve as an escalation point for team members and provide guidance and support to resolve issues.
  • Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and distributed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards.
  • Ensure that all projects are maintained in the project tracking system with complete accuracy.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of Enterprise, project management experience
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals, including requirement definition, resource scheduling, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Previous experience managing budgets
  • Proficiency with working in Microsoft CRM (or similar application), OSP Insight, and/or Netcracker.
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance and property management
  • Advanced knowledge of Public and Private right of way project deployment, including regulatory and permitting processes.
  • Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and process multiple data streams


Where you will work

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $93900 - $ 129100 Annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
